HAWKE WARRANTY

Hawke offers a Lifetime Warranty against defects in materials and or workmanship. Provided that the unit has not been abused, used incorrectly, taken apart or serviced by any party other than Hawke Optics Limited.

This warranty does not cover failure from fair wear and tear. The warranty is limited to the original purchaser and is not transferable. Your receipt of purchase should accompany any warranty claim. No guarantee can be given if dated proof of purchase is not supplied.

WHO IS COVERED

The Hawke Limited Lifetime Warranty is non-transferable. This means that only the first-time buyer can make a warranty claim. Proof of purchase must be presented with the claim.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED

Laser rangefinders, red dot sights and eyepieces for observation glasses have a two-year guarantee. Protective caps for height and windage adjustment, folding lens covers and sun visors are not guaranteed. The guarantee does not apply if the item has been altered, misused or accidentally damaged due to incorrect use.
