Like all Garmin outdoor products, Alpha 200 is designed to be effective, easy to use, reliable and rugged enough to withstand all the blows, bumps and sloppy conditions of training and hunting.
The handheld unit is water-resistant to IPX7 and is powered with a long-lasting Lithium-ion battery pack (supplied) that’s rechargeable in the unit.
Rugged and water resistant to up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. this handheld dog device is tough enough to run wherever your dog runs.

Water Rating

Mounting on vehicles (e.g. boat, motorcycle, bike, ATV, golf cart), splashes, rain or snow and incidental exposure to water of up to 1 meter for up to 30 minutes. Unsuitable for: Prolonged or continuous immersion.
Warranty
Garmin One Year Consumer Products Limited Warranty
Non-aviation products are warranted to be free from defects in materials or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Within this period, Garmin Australasia will, at its sole option, repair or replace any components that fail in normal use.
Such repairs or replacement will be made at no charge to the customer for parts or labour, provided that the customer shall be responsible for any transportation cost.
