Installing a honing stone takes seconds, so it can be ready to sharpen on the fly. The EZESharp stone frame has two sets of rods that can be changed as per the size of stone being used. The outer longer rods are for use with 9″ x 3″ stones and the inner shorter rods are for use with standard 8″ x 2″ stones.
